Juglo allows refunds or replacements in case the customer is not satisfied with the product. The refund or replacement period is for 7 days from the purchase date in which you can either apply for a refund or a replacement. However, the final decision will be taken after a careful inspection of the situation by the Juglo team.
Conditions for Refund or Replacement
- The product is either damaged/ incorrect as compared to the description provided/ incomplete/ faulty.
- The product must not be used, worn or washed. The product should also be stain-free. It should be in an acceptable condition. In case of non-compliance, Juglo reserves the right to send it back to you without a refund.
- The product must include the original tags and packaging for the product. In case it came with a warranty card, it should also be enclosed. Any freebies or gift items sent with the product should also be returned with the product when you apply for refund request.
- The product should be returned in the original packaging that it came in. This includes any Juglo packaging with the shipping information attached to it.
- The product must be returned by the customer to Juglo Fulfilment Center in case the product was purchased through Fulfilment by Juglo. If the product was purchased through Fulfilment by Vendor, it should be returned to the warehouses of the Vendor.
The refund process starts after the quality of the returned product is checked thoroughly by the team. This may take up to 48 hours. If your request is approved, your amount will be returned in the same account that you used to make payment to Juglo within 5-10 days of the refund request.
